I'm Roxanne! I'm a nurturing and responsible child/pet care provider with 5+ years experience. I'm passionate about fostering development while having fun. My previous support roles have reinforced my love for children, pets, and marginalized folk by fostering learning and the importance of happiness & community. I'm patient, calm, creative and believe in open communication because consistency, agreeance, and transparency are the building blocks of success. I'm comfortable enforcing your philosophies to ensure a respectful environment, while helping you to relieve life stresses. I enjoy actively engaging with kids through outdoor time, educational games, and tactile activities. I'm comfortable with caring for max 2 children. I'm comfortable working with kiddos of all ages - specific needs will determine things. I have a university degree and completed basic First Aid/CPR training. I will gladly help with tidying, meal prep, light chores, and activity supervision (eg. lessons).
