As a passionate childcare professional with 5+ years of experience, I've cared for children aged 3 months to 15 years. My commitment to childcare is reinforced by my recent psychology degree from Cal Poly SLO, enhancing my ability to connect with and support children at all developmental stages. During my most recent role as a camp counselor, I worked with a diverse group of children aged 8-15 in a 10-week residential program. I played a crucial role in fostering teamwork, promoting character development, and supporting emotional growth. Committed to ensuring the safety and well-being of campers 24/7, I carried out round-the-clock supervision, including overnight duties (21-hour shifts).
