I think using a balance of play, routine, and clear boundaries can help a child feel safe and more regulated. Roxanna is a wonderful, kind, well educated woman that always has the children’s best interest at heart. She empathizes and understands children in a way that only years of experience can help one acquire (although she is a natural). Her experience in child education gives her the knowledge and know how on being able to calmly de-escalate the bad days, and come out on the other end of it with everyone happy and content. I could go on and on, and would give her 20stars if I could.
