Rowelle is great! She is a great communicator, she's responsible, punctual and wonderful with our little boy. She has had a lot of experience nannying and that reflects in the way she interacts with children. Being a new Mom, I am a little nervous leaving my son with a nanny, but Elle is so great that I was actually able to relax while I was out of the house!
