About Rowan

Hello! My name is Rowan and I am excited to help support students in their early education! I believe that though math can seem difficult to someone it is just that the way they are being taught isn't built for them. Everyone has their own individual ways of piecing things together and I aim to find out the best way to explain concepts to individuals not just based on "what they are" but by finding the best ways to make them stick for the individual. I am currently working towards a bachelor degree in psychology and have had experience in observing behaviors of different age groups but have a strong concentration towards the younger demographic. Using what I know personally and observation of students individual understandings I will develop the best approach in supporting the students path to developing life long math skills.
