Rosicela is the best of the best. We hired her to take care of my father-in-law bedridden from Parkinson's disease. She performs her job above and beyond and treat our family like hers. Love her personality, her friendly and professionalism, and her patience. She is a wonderful person inside and out. Such a warm, kind and loving person and it shows on her behavior.
