She worked for us for 30 hours a week for 3 years. When she was hired, she told us she had a car, which was a key part of the job requirement. Then when she came on board she informed us that her paperwork was not complete so she couldn't purchase her car. We were very patient and did our best to accommodate her for over 3 months when she finally bought a car. After 3 years, when our children's schedules changed, we gave her 3 months notice to reduce her hours to 18 hours per week. She happily agreed and told us she'd easily find work for the 2 days. I was even helping her looking for work for 2 days. Then out of the blue she came and gave me 1 days notice and said she'd found another job. When I told her that was highly unprofessional, she said "well my job is not very professional." What a disappointment!
