Rose is a first rate childcare provider. She first came to work for our family when my oldest son was just shy of two years old. My son, who is now six, was delayed with his speech. This never once deterred Rose from speaking with him in the most calm, compassionate, and patient manner. Yet she always brought a youthful excitement and curiosity to her interactions with him. When he was obsessed with garbage cans, she went out and found him miniature size garbage cans. When he was interested in caterpillars, she found him cute songs to dance to. Her approach with children is firm yet unassuming so children gravitate to her warmth. I have never once worried about my children's safety in her care. I know she is mindful of safety while maintaining fun and enthusiasm. She quickly became a trusted asset in our home, giving us suggestions for nutrition, child development, and language acquisition. The family who welcomes her into their home will benefit from one of the best care providers they can hire.
