About Rosa

Hello! My name is Rosa. For one year I worked at Gateway Montessori School where my duties were multifaceted and required constant due- diligence. Daily, I was required to take children out onto the playground, where safety was primary. As many know, children between the ages of 2-6 require constant, vigilant supervision, from dietary needs to emotional support. The job required adaptivity, as each child has their own particular need that changes day by day. Part of this adaptability required listening to and enacting concerns of parents and guardians. Communication is vital to this role as a teacher. My role required me to have an open line of communication with parents, rather through email, parent-teacher conferences or communication during pickup. Prior to working at Gateway I was a nanny for 4 years for multiple families. I care for each child as if they were my own and I take great measures to ensure the health and safety of your child.
