I hired Rosa in September 2022 as a senior caregiver for my 93 year old mother. Shortly after, my mother broke her hip and spent a month in the hospital and rehabilitation. Rosa helped me caring for and advocating for my mother in first the hospital after surgery and then the rehabilitation. At the time, Rosa was working on her CNA and she enthusiastically applied what she was learning to the situation at hand. She has continued to apply her CNA training in caring for my mother after her release from the rehabilitation hospital focused on proper transferring and telling my mother each step of the way what was coming next.
