We hired Rosa to care for my then 2.5 and 1 year old girls. After interviewing a few nannies, we met Rosa and her interaction with my girls during the interview was enough for me know she was the right fit for our family. Even though it's been a short time, she has been dependable, nurturing, and always willing to help. She is punctual, always flexible with her schedule especially given our work hours, and great in terms of following my lead regarding the the care I want for my girls. My little one was very attached to me so I was very nervous about her reaction to having a complete stranger care for her, but it's been a huge relieve to see her extend her arms for Rosa to hold her. After having anxiety over who would care for my girls when my last sitter decided to move to another state, it was wonderful to find Rosa. My girls are in their own environment and I can focus at work knowing they are being cared for the way I would if I could stay at home.
