Having a great caregiver is important, and it gives me great joy to share my experience with Rosanie. She provided exceptional care for my mother, and I am grateful to have had her as a caregiver. When I first met Rosanie, she was determined to give her all. She took the time to understand what my mother needed, which made me very happy. Throughout her time with us, Rosanie has been very patient and kind towards my mother. She has great communication skills; she would promptly inform me of any issues and was not afraid to ask questions. Communicating with Rosanie was clear and understandable, which reassured me greatly. Her problem-solving skills are amazing. When she couldn't reach me, she would take necessary actions and inform me promptly about her decisions. Rosanie is very punctual, trustworthy, and reliable.
