I've always been passionate about nurturing the growth and development of children, which led me to become a childcare provider. Im coming out of a federal caretaker contract for children. With over a year of experience, I'm skilled at caring for kids of all ages. I follow the parents' lead in terms of enforcing household rules. My patient, calm, and friendly nature allows me to connect easily with children and build trusting relationships. I'm also creative and imaginative, which helps me come up with engaging activities that promote learning and fun. Whether we're playing outdoor sports, board games, or educational games, I ensure that the children in my care have a blast while also developing their skills. I believe in open and honest communication with parents, so I provide regular updates about their child's day and any issues that arise. I'm flexible and can adapt to the parents' preferred communication method.
