I was Charge R.N. (night shift) on which Rosangela worked as a tech.The unit was a very heavy duty high risk one. We had severely mentally disabled people. Some were enraged with violent tendencies. Many were suicidal. Rosagela was always on time for work, rarely took a day off, uniform crisp and neat. She was a great asset to me because she is quick to pick up a changes in patient conditions and report same without hesitancy. She is a hard worker and full of energy. She always was among the first to sign up for education courses IE: glucose testing; EKG testing, which assisted me a great deal! Rosangela never wastes time, never off somewhere using phone. Always attends staff meetings and has shown herself to be a great problem solver. If I had a business I would definitely, hire her knowing that I would not have to double back to make sure she was doing her job because anytime I did - she was!
