Rosa M. is a fantastic nanny. She has been with our son F. for almost 2 yrs (since he was 3 months old) and he has grown and developed exceedingly well which I believe is all due to Rosa's caretaking. It is a hard decision but due to scheduling conflicts we are no longer able to keep Rosa in our life so I would encourage you to accept her into yours. From early on, she introduced herself to the rest of the children in the neighborhood and set up play dates for socialization as well as nurturing his desire to be in new environments (other children's homes). They have so much fun together, always laughing and playing for hrs at a time. Rosa has a keen sense of what is best for children and certainly cares for them as if they are her own. She continuously thinks of the best for our little boy, making sure he has the freshest and most delicious meals, exercise, nap times and play times. He is very much attached to her and it will be hard for him to let her go.
