I spent 35+ years in a professional business environment with the the sole purpose of raising my daughters as a single parent. I am 59 and my best friend is 79. I mentored a young disabled man for a year, and it brought me great pleasure watching him develop his skills. I would like to assist moderately independent women and men continue their good health with appropriate diet and healthy life choices.
