My name is Rose, and I am experienced, loving teacher seeking child care work during evenings, weekends, and/or the upcoming Summer. - I'm currently in the process of finishing up my Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education. I'm student teaching 1st - 3rd graders at a Montessori school, and I couldn't love it more! I'll receive my degree and Illinois Professional Educator's License in June of 2025. - I have 3. 5 years of formal, paid experience as an assistant teacher at a Reggio-Emilia inspired preschool, where I cared for children between the ages of 6 weeks and 5 years old. - Some of my favorite things to do with kiddos include art, reading, sensory play, exploring Chicago's wonderful museums and parks, and playing outside! - References are available upon request.
