Additionally, I have provided assistance with dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene, including oral care, bathing, back rubs, and changing bed linens. I have experience planning and preparing meals, including grocery shopping, to meet patients' dietary needs. I am skilled in using medical equipment properly and effectively. I maintain confidentiality and positive communication with both patients and their families. I promptly respond to patient requests and provide careful observation of skin conditions to prevent complications.
