About Rori

I love traveling, reading, learning and experiencing new things. I am a loving, compassionate, out going and creative! I have lots of experience, I worked at the boys and girls club for a year and a half working with kids from kindergarten to middle schoolers. Then I went to Northern Michigan University to get my degree in Elementary Special Education with minor in Deaf. While being in school I nannied for a family of 3 ages 5, 7 and 11! My duties with the family was to do homeschooling activities, field trip, going on adventures, science experiments and I taught the kid American Sign Language as well. I am currently taking a gap semester with the plans to go back in fall. I love working with kids because it's wonderful feeling knowing that you made an impact on a child's life. I am looking for a family that has good communication skills, flexibility in scheduling (I do have another job), a family that is willing to allow me to play, education and teach their child new things.
