Hi, Friends. My name is Rong , you also can call me Kelly. I have a son, he is studying at college now. I earned Montessori certification. Montessori's education methods and philosophy are very unique, it is an eye-opening experience. I enjoy working with children and I was a volunteer worker at several different daycare centers since 2017. I work with children from infant stage to 5 years old. I respect each of the children and try to teach each child based on their own needs. Each of them is different, some of them develop earlier and some of them may have delayed development. They all deserve to have the proper nurturing. As a teacher, I need to help to build up their self-esteem and let them learn through playing. I've been a nanny since last year. I'm currently working but I'm available at the end of April. I'm patient and kind. I love children, child would make me happy.
