I'm a dedicated childcare provider with over a decade of experience caring for children of all ages. My passion for fostering children's growth and development, coupled with my positive experiences in previous babysitting roles, inspired me to pursue a career as a caregiver. I believe that every child deserves a nurturing environment where they can thrive, and I strive to create such an environment for the children in my care. As a patient, calm, and creative individual, I understand the importance of open and honest communication with parents. I provide written daily reports, engage in verbal communication at pickup, and offer regular updates via text or phone call to keep parents informed about their child's day and address any issues that may arise. With regard to household rules, I am very comfortable enforcing them in a consistent and fair manner.
