With over 20 years of childcare experience spanning roles as a nanny, preschool teacher, and childcare assistant director, I offer comprehensive expertise in child development and household management. As a mother of a child with ADHD, I bring both professional knowledge and personal understanding to diverse developmental needs. Recent Experience I have successfully managed care for two families with multiple children, including twins in both households. For one family, I provided dedicated care for four children, including a set of twins. For another family, I cared for infant twins while also supporting their teenager with cerebral palsy, managing seizure protocols and providing appropriate behavioral support. Strong recommendation letters from both families attest to my capabilities. I am CPR and First Aid certified with reliable transportation.
