To Whom it May Concern: It has been an amazing experience (words can't describe) to have Ronda R. as a part-time nanny for our little girl. She has cared for our daughter for many years until just recently my husband lost his employment. Having to let Ronda go as our part-time nanny has been a loss to our family; we consider her part of our family. Ronda cared for our daughter three days a week providing transportation, making dinners and providing full one-to-one nurturing care. We trust Ronda 100% with caring for our daughter and I can honestly say I have never experienced this before when it comes to someone caring for our little girl. Ronda is reliable, fun and just truly one of a kind! Ronda is a very energetic, loving, and patient person. She is an excellent role model and understands the developmental stages of a child. She went above and beyond her duties, taking her to soccer, playing out in the yard and beyond. She is without a doubt, AMAZING!!! Jenna S.
