Rona was an excellent caregiver for my 86 yr old mother with dementia. Energetic and positive and a good fit for my mother. Has an intuitive understanding of how to communicate in a relaxed, upbeat and patient way. Assisted with meals, meds and exercise routine. Very aware of the surroundings and situations that can lead to potential falls. Highly recommended.
