About Ronald

I'd describe my personality as funny, relatable and kind I like working with kids because I want to be able to understand and teach them something. I'm an education major and I strive to be a role model while learning along the way. I may not know everything, but I will treat every opportunity I'm given as an experience to demonstrate my skills and learn from my mistakes. I started working with kids when I was in high school with peers my age. I've staffed leadership camps for middle and high schoolers at that age and I've continued as I've gone into college both at St. Norbert and the YMCA. In my spare time, I like to play games or watch movies. Card and board games are some of my favorites, I'll play Pokémon or Yu-Gi-Oh even. My skills include distracting. If a kids having a bad day, I can empathize and relate well. I also would say I'm a decent cook, I can follow a recipe or create something new from little ingredients. Also with my teaching experience, I know how to be stern.
