I am a bit perplexed as to someone expresses interest, you host an interview and they say - yes very interested and will complete the paperwork and get it over. It’s been over a week and I had to follow up to which he expressed he was no longer interested. My thought is the lack of professionalism showed by several of the candidates. We don’t conduct interviews with just every applicant but rather screen for the right talent. In the end, I would be cautious on level of trust you could have with Ron as a caregiver let alone an employee who doesn’t show empathy, professionalism or kindness to those seeking his assistance when it was he who applied for the job. It’s like wasting family’s time and energy.
