About Rommela Jen

I like working with kids because I've always wanted to be a mother. I always like to see kids be able to be children and relive my childhood a little bit. Since my parents were the best at English my sister and I were responsible in helping my brother and little cousin with their homework. The adults in my family were all working with different schedules so it was our job as the older ones to take care of the younger cousins. There's 13 of us cousins all together. It really takes a village to raise children and right I'm happy to care for my friends 9 month baby. One thing you should know about me I like to have fun although in outings I am very overprotective and make sure everyone is safe. It is my top priority. My skills include communication, being able to communicate and having the child feel heard is important to me. I also have a lot of patience when it comes to kids as well dedication for the child's well being. In my spare time I like to paint and go hiking.
