The last four years have provided, senior care for a female in her 90's who had dementia and diabetic. Provided meal preparation, companionship, monitored her vital signs, medication management, exercise, dressing and bathroom assistance. I am a certified caregiver with CPR and First Aid certification. Hoyer lift experience. I'd describe my personality as attentive, quiet and caring. I like caring for seniors because they have earned the right to be respected and cared for. I'm looking for a job that I can connect with and find common interests to share with them. I started caring for seniors when my mother-in-law moved in with us some 30 years ago. She was legally blind and diabetic. In my spare time, I like to work around the house, morning walks with my better half, spending time with our grandkids. One thing you should know about me is that I am family oriented.
