Rocio nannied for our son during the summer months while he was 14-18 mos old. She instantly fit into the rhythm of daily life with our family, and picked up on O.’s wants and needs very quickly. She was patient and kind, always a joy to have around. She takes instruction incredibly well but also has wonderful instincts, so we always felt at ease and never felt the need to micro-manage her. She was proactive in setting daily activities, and our son loves her so much!
