Ms. Rocio was an outstanding nanny due to her patience, creativity, warmth, and organization. Despite a long commute, she was always punctual. Neighbors informed us that at the playground she was a notably good caregiver. We found it easy to communicate with her as she was respectful, open, and reassuring. She started working for us full-time in the middle of the pandemic. She diligently wore a mask all day at our request. She was able to manage our son not taking naps, and when he did occasionally, she would use that time to tidy. At our request, she spoke to our son in Spanish which resulted in him being able to express himself in Spanish. What really stands out is that she was attentive to the particular needs of each of our sons and was always warm, creative, and patient in playing with them or in setting boundaries with them. She was a wonderful nanny- we and our son were lucky to work with her.
