Hello, I am Robyn I am from South Africa, but have been in the US for 6 years. I have 10 years of childcare experience with children ages 0months to 9 years old. I worked as an Au pair for up to 2 years and then transitioned as a full time nanny and house manager. I am very patient, nurturing and organized. I am highly skilled in safety precautions and water safety(however I do not like to swim). I am also skilled in educational and age appropriate activities, physical, social and cognitive development. I really enjoy teaching through play, doing arts and crafts, being in nature and just meeting the child needs where they are at. I also have experience working with children who have ADHD and Autism. I thrive in a no-micro-managing environment because I am very proactive and helpful. I am also a very fast learner, flexible and adaptable in order to meet changing conditions or situations. I also don't mind helping with light housework.
