About Robyn

I began tutoring 3 years ago. Most of my tutoring experience comes from the private tutoring with my younger sister. However, from October 2012 to December 2012 I was a tutor at a community college learning center. It was there that I gained an education on dealing with a wide range of students. The reason I am not continuing there is because I would like to pursue private tutoring. I discovered my passion for tutoring while helping my younger sister, who has some disabilities, with her homework. Once she grasped what we were reviewing, her whole face lit up and I knew she understood. The joy I get from tutoring is when I see a student's eyes light up because they finally understand something that once confused them. My goal is to help others, and tutoring is my favorite way to do so.
