I am incredibly grateful to Robin for the exceptional care and support she provided to my sister and me during one of the most challenging times in our lives. My father had been in the ICU for three weeks and was later placed in hospice. As you can imagine, the emotional and logistical burdens were overwhelming. We needed someone to help with some errands, specifically retrieving our belongings from the hotel and bringing them to the hospital. Robin responded promptly when I reached out, and from the start, she was incredibly kind, professional, and reasonable. What truly stood out was her willingness to go above and beyond. Not only did she handle the errands with efficiency and grace, but she did so with a level of warmth and compassion that meant the world to us. During the time she was running the errand, my father passed away, and I can’t express how deeply thankful I am that Robin was there helping us at that precise moment. Had I gone myself, I would have missed those final moments with my father. Robin’s promptness and expertise allowed me to be present for that important time, and for that, I am eternally grateful. Robin’s exceptional customer service, professionalism, and heart made an immense difference in an incredibly tough situation. She is truly multifaceted, and I would not hesitate to hire her for any care needs in the future. She was a godsend during this difficult time, and I highly recommend her to anyone in need of support. Thank you, Robin, from the bottom of my heart.
