I cannot say enough wonderful things about Ms. Robin. From the moment she began caring for our daughter at just 4 weeks old until her first birthday, Ms. Robin has been nothing short of a blessing to our family. Her exceptional ability to blend professionalism with genuine warmth set her apart from the very start. Ms. Robin managed every detail with care—from establishing a soothing nap time routine and preparing both puréed and whole foods tailored specifically for our baby, to ensuring that the house stayed organized and comfortable. Her remarkable organizational skills even extended to helping me manage my breastmilk, an invaluable support during those early days. In addition to her caregiving responsibilities, Ms. Robin took on extra tasks with grace. She looked after our four-year-old daughter by handling school drop-offs, driving her, and even helping her get dressed for school on busy mornings. She also helped us out and babysat on some evenings. With everything she did that went above and beyond, it’s her kindness and genuine care that truly set her apart.
