I have worked with seniors of all levels while teaching Tai Chi, Seated Exercise and Mindfulness/Meditation in senior centers, assisted living and memory care units. I was also the sole caretaker of my dearest Mom with dementia and Dad as they navigated their last years. As a Taoist/Buddhist I have a unique way of easing anxiety and worry. I've been called a human valium lol. I also have an energy/hands on healing practice which helps with pain. On the flipside I was the hairdresser at a senior housing facility.
