Companion and senior caregiver with 16 years experience as a Physical Therapist treating patients post surgical in hospital settings as well as skilled nursing and rehab facility patients. Recently retired from treating patients and looking to utilize my skills for the benefit and wellbeing of others. Specializing in providing age appropriate exercises, initiating creative activities, meal prep and assistance with personal care and bathing. Companionship with an emphasis in improving quality of life, strength, function and safety. It is my desire to afford people the opportunity to remain independent in their home and an active part of their community while providing support to families. Reliable transportation for appointments and creative socializing outside of the home is a favorite of mine.
