It is a blessing to possess the ability to be use my active listening and de-escalation capabilities as well as dementia informed training for patients or residents. Most of all I love putting smiles on their faces and making sure they feel safe loved respected. I started caring for seniors when I worked in children's behavioral health. I started Working with the elderly in 2014 . I found that working with the elder was rewarding in another way. I continue to provide senior care while caring for at risk children.
