About Robert

Caring for seniors has rewarded me greatly and especially when they've shared that my assistance improved their lives. I used to own a fitness company and trained seniors with a course I developed in 2018 as a Certified Fitness Trainer (CFT) that focused on balance, flexibility, and mobility. In my spare time, I spend time with my family. As a disabled veteran, I have traveled/lived all over the world. I frequently worked in areas that took me away from my family. I retired (very early) from directing an aerospace company in Colorado in 2014. Since that time, I have looked for opportunities to pursue my passions. This led to me becoming a CFT and is how I discovered my love for helping seniors. I am a Christian man of integrity. I'll be reliable, trustworthy, and caring. One of my favorite things about working with seniors is the rapport we develop. Socializing is a huge factor in quality of life for seniors and I do it naturally out of genuine interest.
