I homeschooled my four children for 18 years. I am a licensed attorney in Maryland state and federal courts, choosing not to practice law at this time, and a former intelligence officer. My recent job is working as a paraeducator. I love that work tremendously, but recent mandates and politics make it very uncomfortable to simply teach my children. I have a heart for the disabled; my dream position would be to work with your mentally challenged or autistic child. I have tremendous experience learning how to connect with students, understanding how they learn and how to creatively focus their attention on what needs to be accomplished.
