My goal is to improve your healthful living and wellness for better to extend your life expectancy. My journey of caring for seniors began when I graduated as an LVN in 1996, and it has truly become my heartfelt passion. Every day spent with them has deepened my understanding of their needs and the joy that comes from providing comfort and companionship. I enjoy going to the gym, working out, reading books, and spending quality time with family, friends, and my dog. A realistic person with a centered mind and a heart full of compassion.
