I understand that, in order to succeed as a caregiver I can't be sweet with the kids but not understand or be willing to act in partnership with the parents. This is the kind of labor that requires all the adults involved to be a team, this way everyone will succeed, specially the kids. As I have a teaching background, watching kids has always been more than just a pastime or extra source of income. I truly believe that the littles ones are constantly learning and absorbing everything we tell them and what they experience us doing and saying. I am always looking on an educational side. I reinforce playing, creating, using art, music and games to develop abilities, all while respecting the limits from the age I'm dealing with. I can also cook, don't mind light cleaning after the kids, and would love to work as a tutor too.

I've know Roberta for almost 10 years. She is an incredible responsible person. Loving and caring towards other and especially kids. Roberta has worked before with little ones and she is really good at it. I would recommend her any time for any family. She has a huge heart, loves to teach and help others, she is very patient and sweet :) Your kids will be lucky to have her as a nanny.
