About Roberta

I'd describe my personality as positive, authentic, patient, and compassionate. It's important for me to help the elderly feel connected and acknowledged, by engaging them in laughter, listening to music, and through engaging conversation. I'm looking for a job where I can make a difference in someone's life. I started caring for seniors in my twenties. I worked at a VNA in Carver for about 8 years. More recently, I have been caring for the elderly with neurological disorders, like Parkinson's Disease. In my spare time, I like to garden, do crafts, listen to music, spend time with my family and friends One thing you should know about me is that I love to laugh, and think it is important to laugh as much as possible. I am certified as a Home Health Aide, have excellent observation skills, and love what I do.
