Roberta (who prefers to be called "Robin") has worked for us for at least a year, cleaning and organizing our home. Her demeanor is consistently friendly, kind, and respectful, and my young son likes her so much he would get excited when he heard she was coming, and express great disappointment if she ever came over when he wasn't there. She is amazing at cleaning and organizing. She moves through a chaotic scene, leaving an organized and sparkling clean room as she goes. She was able to clean areas of the house to perfection that several other cleaners had failed at, and she would clean our whole house in several hours. I recently moved from a huge rental into another place half the size, and was ill during a portion of the pre-move period. I entrusted Robin and her daughter with most of my packing, a good deal of moving of boxes to the new house, and all of the move-out cleaning (which did result in a full return of my deposit), and they did a great job. I look forward to having her help with unpacking and organizing and then regularly cleaning my new place. I've referred her to one friend, who was also very pleased with her work, and I will be referring her to another friend this week. I give Robin my highest rating, and can recommend her without any concerns or caveats.
