Some of my closest friends are people who are old enough to be my grandparents. I grew up caring for my grandmother, who lived with my family and suffered from Alzheimer's disease, and that experience shaped the way I view caregiving. Over the years, I've volunteered in assisted living and nursing homes, and I've learned so much from the wisdom and resilience of my elders. Caring for others is not just a job for me; it's a passion I approach with my whole heart. It's a role I've always felt deeply connected to, and I've often been told I missed my calling and should have been a nurse. If I wasn't in the arts, I would have pursued that path. I truly believe that offering companionship, support, and care to older adults is one of the most meaningful ways to make a difference in the world. I'm committed to providing a compassionate, respectful, and joyful environment for each person I care for.
