I love working with Seniors, because they are each unique in their personality, and most love to share their experiences, and stories. I started working as a Life Engagement Coordinator in 2016 for people that had Alzheimer's & Dementia. I loved my job, because it gave me a chance to get to know all the residents & their families one on one. I could help them enjoy activities throughout their day that helped them smile and laugh. I also provided transportation to residents when needed to their doctor's appointments!
