My younger sister has Down Syndrome, and I have been a part of a few programs working with those who have Autism as well. I have help to take care and watch my sister all my life. I know a fair amount of basic ASL, and soon will be officially CPR and first aid certified, but as previously mentioned, I have grown up around it all my life, so I am quite knowledgeable.
