I found Ritzi to be very thoughtful and caring towards providing the needed care for my spouse who has dementia and diabetes. She is dedicated to ensuring safety at all times while performing her duties which included not only showing compassion and understanding for someone with dementia, but she also provided the skill for medication distribution plus insulin shot injections. She is familiar with the FreeStyle Libre 2 sensor & reader monitoring system. Ritzi interacted with my spouse by using caring conversation, encouraging her to exercise and, taking her for walks. Ritzi also provided light house cleaning, meal preparation, and doing laundry, as needed. She always asked "is there anything else I can do?" Bottom line, If circumstances were different I'd hire Ritzi again.
