I found Ritzi on care.com when my 79year old mom needed care in December'25. Ritzi was super responsive on phone and messages. Always respectful, on-time and very understanding of elderly care. My mom had heart, lung and kidney issues so she need help with almost every daily activity. Ritzi learned about her needs very quickly and cared for my mom with respect and compassion. Knowing elderly will need care everyday, she braved the craziest snow day also and made it to work (on-time) without making any excuses. Unfortunately my mom succumbed to her illness and passed away so we didnt need care services anymore. I would highly recommend Ritzi if you want a caregiver for your family member.
