About Rita

I have 5 years of experience working in the field of special education, specifically within the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). During my time in ABA, I worked as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and went on to train RBTs at the local and national level. Now, I am a Program Manager serving clients who have been diagnosed with autism or other developmental disabilities. In addition to my professional experience, I hold undergraduate degrees in psychology and communication from La Salle University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. I am finishing an M. A. in Educational Studies at The Ohio State University, where I studied ABA and visual impairments. Although I cannot act within the scope of my professional licensure as a caretaker, the skills and expertise I've gained over the past several years are deeply ingrained in every interaction I have with children and their families. I am passionate, confident, and creative. Most importantly, I look forward to connecting with you!
