I love my job! What I love most are the amazing people I get to work with. I have over 10 years experience working with students and clients with multiple abilities and diagnoses. I have worked as a paid employee and volunteer for school districts, special need cooperatives and adult service providers. This has given me experience with 3-year-olds attending their first class, to adults transitioning from school learning job skills and independence. I have acquired a lot of skills through the years but I'd say I'm particularly good with those on the autism spectrum and those struggling most with communication skills. We all have strengths and weaknesses. When I meet someone new my goal is always to identify and use their strengths to overcome their weaknesses. I am humbled to be a part of so many peoples journey and always give my best.
