About Risa

Hi there! I'm a licensed OB/GYN currently in between jobs with a passion for newborns/infants. I have a 13-year-old daughter, so not only am I extremely familiar caring for such young babies professionally but also personally. I know how daunting it can be to find someone to take care of your brand new baby when the time comes because I myself have been there before. I obviously have years of experience with babies of all ages, but am most interested in easing a the mind of someone/a family with their newest addition given my love and appreciation for such amazing new life. I'm certified in Basic Life Support and spent countless hours helping out in the newborn nursery while in residency during my downtime. I'm open to caring for the baby/babies either while parent(s) have to be at work, or if a new mom simply needs additional help/hands for some much needed rest at home. Available right away if needed!
